“Totally trusted – During her three week stay with Mum, your carer has dealt with many medication and dietary changes due to Mum’s swallowing difficulties and has handled them all with ease. We totally trusted her to oversee Mum’s medication regime on time and with patience. Mum had an incident during her stay and she was brilliant. She noticed immediately that something was not right, was calm and caring and also looked after Dad throughout. She also helped to care for Mum’s sores with utmost care to hygiene – in fact, these have nearly healed.
