As a family, we decided to look at the options for our elderly father with dementia to be cared for in his own home. We were fortunate to be recommended OTUS. From the initial conversation to the end of the engagement, the carers who looked after Dad were exceptional in every way and soon became a part of our family, sharing Christmas Dinner with all of us and enabling Dad to be part of this.
The care that Dad received was truly excellent, and their professionalism and knowledge of the care system was invaluable. During a stay in hospital for Dad, they stayed with Dad as much as possible showing a genuine concern for his wellbeing in that situation, something that supported us all as a family.
Their communication with us was excellent and their commitment to Dad exceeded all our expectations. The OTUS administration team also needs to be recognised for their commitment, professionalism and excellent communication. We could not recommend OTUS more highly.
