“Fitted in and adapted well – Our most recent carer was a good addition to the team and I liked her (I’ve liked all the carers). She was keen to get things right for Mum and fit in with Mum’s way of working. Mum doesn’t like to be fussed over or bossed about (Mum’s words) and still likes to assert some independence and control. Your carer adapted to Mum and understood her needs and preferences after a short time with her. She was also hardworking and cheerful.
