“Safe, loved and cared for – We (Mum, my sister and I) could not have got through the last two years without your help and support. Mum has consistently felt safe, loved and exceptionally well cared for. Although we are all clear our decision is the right one, we are very sad to be saying goodbye to the Otus team and the wonderful carers who have looked after Mum.
