“What a lovely woman – I am very happy to do a positive testimonial for Mum’s current carer. When she first arrived she explained to Mum ‘where you have weaknesses, I will be your strength’. Your carer has used all her skills to get through a few tough days with Mum – she suddenly decided she would no longer eat anything and became a bit nasty. We agreed that Mum’s carer would take a break whilst I visited and now having talked things through, we have agreed some different approaches.
