“Towers of Strength”

Mum passed away at the age of 99, living in the comfort of her own home, with dignity and having been shown the greatest kindness and respect by her regular carers, who rotated every month or so.  They all became part of our family and we grew fond of them all. My Mum greatly enjoyed their company and was continually singing their praises.  They were great cooks, fun to have around, always diplomatic, supremely organised (handovers were seamless) and utterly reliable, giving the highest level of personal care and companionship. When my Mum fell ill towards the end, they were a tower of strength to our family, making suggestions and going over and above their usual duties to ensure complete care and compassion.  Daughter of Mrs H – Essex July 2026
