Such safe hands – “I have told so many people about Otus – thanks so much for everything that you did. I never had any concerns when your carer came to cover my breaks away from looking after my Mum. To be able to take time out and visit my daughter in the knowledge that Mum was in such safe hands was such a relief. Finding someone so skilled at caring for Mum who was living with a combination of health issues – including Alzheimer’s and poor sight – made such a difference to me. Having the ability to talk to someone with my Mum’s issues in a kind and unpatronising way and being able to take on board situations and make decisions meant that I could trust her thoroughly.
