“Quickly up to speed – I am my wife’s main carer so when I was scheduled for an operation, I needed to find someone who could care for her whilst I was in hospital and then support us both whilst I was recovering at home. This was the first time we had engaged a live-in carer so we were not sure what to expect. The carer Otus introduced to us was quickly up to speed dealing with a complex set of medical issues. My wife lives with Alzheimer’s, arthritis and vestibular migraine.
