“Kind and patient – may I take this opportunity on behalf of my mother and my sisters to thank everyone at Otus for their care and attention since September. The Otus team has always been kind and patient in finding the right carers for my mother and the carers themselves all made very good relationships with her – a couple of them particularly had a lightness of touch and sense of humour which meant that living together was easier than might have been the case. Having live-in care has brought her back to her old self and improved her quality of life.
