“Calm, level approach – thank you to everyone at Otus – from the lovely carers you introduced to look after my Dad to the team in the office – you were always there for us, through good times and bad. Even at the end, your carer was brilliant – she walked in, dropped her coat and sat with Dad. She also looked after me very well – I was not coping too well – and she made my brother feel like he had known her for years. She was immediately a comfort. Her calm and level approach helped us enormously at a very difficult time.
