“Anxieties minimised” – Thank you to everyone at Otus. Without you, my dad would not have been able to stay in his own home and be cared for so well over these last seven years. You have constantly kept me up to date, particularly throughout the most recent months during the Covid pandemic. The help and advice you have shared – keeping us abreast of all the protocols and how you are communicating with the carers – has helped to minimise my anxieties and has given me added confidence. You have always been there to help me deal with the many people that are involved in care – you have always said that you are happy to share advice and offer additional signposting and have been true to your word.
