This year has been a challenge for everyone not least for those caring for our loved ones. We are very proud to say that Otus registered carers have helped and supported many families this year, working especially hard to keep our clients safe throughout the pandemic. The spotlight has definitely been shone on the incredible work that they do – the value and benefits of being cared for in one’s own home have never been clearer – and we believe that they deserve a huge thank you from us all.
