“I shall be forever grateful to our Otus Angels”

My Mum passed away at the age of 99, living in the comfort of her own home, with dignity and having been shown the greatest kindness and respect. G was absolutely incredible – I am lost for words. So, so kind, she got me through the week after Mum died.  I honestly don’t know how I would’ve coped without her. I shall be forever grateful to our “Otus Angels” as without their kindness and professionalism, this simply could not have happened.  Mrs H – June 2026
