“Easy going, helpful and hardworking – I’d like to say that Mum got on well very well with her last live-in carer and I thought she was great too. She was easy going, helpful, hardworking, practical and good company. She also tried to engage with Mum too. We would love her to come back again if it was possible. Everything is going very smoothly with the carer that took over from her as well.
