Of all your carers that have looked after my dad, she is the best. She always has a smile on her face, doesn’t ring me every five minutes and if my father needs a doctor, she just gets on with it – keeping me informed of course.
She is very reliable – I feel I can trust her and that my dad is in very safe hands. I know that I can depend on her 100%. She has provided amazing care for my dad – she has kept him safe throughout the pandemic which has been a very worrying time. Particularly as my dad has three drop-in carers as well. She has kept the other carers in line – making sure that they adhere to the enhanced hygiene protocols. She just coped, which has made things so much easier for me, knowing that she is in charge.
